E-commerce beauty store Wonderskin offers the highest and premium quality Korean natural skin care products.
The Result
The Brief
Wonderskin wanted to scale up their marketing efforts and test a brand new approach by using a single campaign with the result of generating more revenue by boosting online sales as well creating renewed brand awareness.
M&M's Agency developed a complex content plan to kick off the social media campaign by running targeted Ads and creating advertising video that ran concurrently during the campaign.
The strategy was to mix different types of content. By posting cleverly positioned video ads as well as high calibre visuals of the products, audience reach increased.
We ran several paid social media campaigns on several platforms, using clever retargeting as well as optimising all email marketing campaigns. The end result saw a decrease in cart rate abandonment, increased revenue as well as customer retention.
