This fulfillment policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds and cancellations for the marketing services we provide, including paid advertisements on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google.
Refund Policy
We strive to deliver the best possible results with our marketing services. If you wish to request a refund, the following conditions apply:
  • A refund request must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • As a significant portion of the work is completed within this period, the Client is eligible for a 70% refund of the total payment.
  • After 7 days, all payments are considered final, and the Client agrees not to seek refunds or compensation for any direct or indirect losses arising from the services provided.
Refund Process:
  1. Request Submission: To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at maxu@mms-agency.co with your order details and reason for the refund request.
  2. Review and Approval: Our team will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days.
  3. Refund Issuance: If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount (70% of the total payment) will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Cancellation Policy
  • If you wish to cancel your service before it has commenced, you may do so without incurring any charges.
  • If the service has already started but is not fully completed, you may request a cancellation. However, a refund will be limited to 70% of the total payment if requested within the first 7 days.
  • After 7 days, cancellations are no longer eligible for refunds.
Cancellation Process:

  2. Review and Confirmation: Our team will review your request and confirm the cancellation within 3 business days.
  3. Refund Processing (if applicable): If the request meets refund conditions, the eligible amount will be processed within 5-10 business days.
